1. About Kivonexi
Welcome to Kivonexi, an online shop for modern wall art and decorative wall accessories, including wooden and metal wall decorations and decorative clocks. We aim to describe and present each product clearly, including its main features and any relevant options. Product photographs help illustrate an item, but differences in screens and lighting can affect how colors and surfaces appear. The product information displayed on the relevant page forms part of the information provided before purchase.
Please check the stated measurements, materials, mounting requirements, and other product details before ordering. Any information about a particular product's origin, construction, or special characteristics is provided on that product's page where applicable.
3. Prices, taxes, and delivery charges
The current product price is displayed on the product page and in the checkout. Any applicable taxes, delivery charges, and other mandatory charges are shown before the order is placed, in accordance with applicable law. We do not add charges that have not been disclosed as required before purchase.
4. Orders and contract formation
To purchase an item, add it to your cart, review the order details, provide the required checkout information, and submit your order through the checkout process. Before submitting, you can review the items and the total shown at checkout and correct your information.
You will receive the order information or confirmation through the contact details provided during checkout. The point at which a legally binding purchase contract is formed depends on the order and acceptance information communicated during the checkout process and any subsequent order acceptance. We will inform you if we cannot fulfil an order and handle any payment received in accordance with applicable law.
5. Payment
The payment methods available for your order are displayed at checkout. Payment processing may be carried out by the payment service chosen by you. The applicable payment terms and final order amount are shown before you submit your purchase.
6. Shipping and delivery

If a delivery is delayed or cannot be completed, contact us so we can review your order and explain the available options. Your statutory rights in cases of delayed or failed delivery remain unaffected.
7. Right of withdrawal and returns
If you are a consumer, you generally have a statutory right to withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Exceptions may apply to certain products, including goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised, where the legal requirements for an exception are met.

8. Defective, damaged, or incorrect products
If an item arrives damaged, is faulty, or is different from what was ordered, please contact info@kivonexi.com with your order details and a description of the issue. Photographs can help us resolve the issue, but your statutory rights are not dependent on providing them where the law does not require this.
Your rights concerning non-conforming goods, including legally available repair, replacement, price reduction, or termination of the contract, remain in effect. These rights are separate from the 14-day withdrawal right.
9. Website content
Text, graphics, designs, images, and other material on this website may be protected by intellectual property rights. You may use the website for ordinary personal shopping and may not reproduce or exploit protected content without an appropriate right or permission. This provision does not affect any rights you have under applicable law.
10. Liability
We remain liable to the extent required by applicable law, including where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for intentional conduct, gross negligence where applicable, injury to life, body, or health, or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Applicable law
German law applies to the extent permitted by law. If you are a consumer who normally resides in another country, this choice does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply to you under the law of that country.
